I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs and goals.

Clients I’ve worked with have faced challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Long-term clients have often worked through deeper patterns like intellectualizing emotions, avoiding core issues, feeling stuck, or struggling with follow-through between sessions. I’ve practiced in both private and structured treatment settings, with extensive experience supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.

My goal is to offer a safe, affirming, and respectful space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.
