I can only speak for my experience with my specific therapist; casey. This is not a review for any of the others. What I will say when making your initial appointment, is to find out whether or not your therapist is a video meeting only. That is something that I was not told by the schedulers. I was really shocked to find out mine was virtual and not in person. So if the office does not communicate that with you, definitely ask. My initial session with Casey was awesome! She is very welcoming and is a good listener! During session she was taking notes and she had really good feedback. I would absolutely recommend talking with her. Not only did she help me with ideas about processing things but she was also able to help me with specific options I was looking for. I will definitely continue to see her. If you've been in therapy and just need a self checkup, as I did, she's great for that as well!

The counselor for my son was timely, courteous, comprehensive in terms of his overview of services to be provided, ways of communicating and open to engagement and questions.

Went in thinking I knew which therapist would be best for me. Thankfully I was honest on all of the forms I filled out, which helped staff make recommendations they thought were best for me — so glad they did. Orlando de Leon has been great to work with!
