I strive to help patients tap into their existing resilience and cultivate self-compassion so they can gain a greater sense of freedom, balance and meaning in their lives.

I’m drawn to working with people who find themselves at life’s inflection points – times of uncertainty, transition or emotional overwhelm. These might include parenting and relationship struggles, grief and loss, identity shifts, performance pressure or simply living with unmet expectations. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach rooted in narrative and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — always aiming to help patients reconnect with themselves and with others. I enjoy supporting patients in identifying complimentary healing practices that are often overlooked but can help bring more awareness, light and joy to the surface.

Whether you’re a teen managing the demands of a competitive school environment, or an adult wrestling with your identity or perhaps dealing with anxiety, depression, or behavioral addictions, I create a personalized environment to foster honest reflection and growth.
