Some of the challenges that my patients have presented with are trauma related concerns, stress related concerns, anxiety, depression, suicidality, dissociation, grief and loss, gender and sexual concerns, occupational issues, and relational concerns.

Although the therapeutic experience is unique to each patient, most express appreciation and gratitude for feeling supported, seen, heard, and validated along their healing journey. From our time together, they most often gain a newfound awareness and an alleviation of symptoms.
