Taking a step to share life’s experiences and beginning to make sense of them is difficult and uncomfortable. I commend you for finding the courage to start your journey towards healing. Personally, I grew up in a culture with a family system that had little space to process and understand emotions in order to find my own voice. The ups and downs of healing can be very isolating and lonely.

Therapy, as I practice it, is an exploration into the architecture of the self, tracing its foundation back to
early family attachment experiences. The goal is to shed light on these foundational influences to better
understand and enrich your internal narrative and external relationships. My role is that of an actively
engaged, curious, and humanistic collaborator, offering a mosaic of supportive perspectives to guide your
journey.

Personal Interests

Growing up, I had very little tolerance for spicy food, which hasn’t changed much today. The only spice I
truly feel comfortable playing with, and mastering, is the spice that comes up during therapy sessions.
