I’m Meredith Jessup, LPC. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, and relationship or family stress. My approach is supportive yet goal-oriented. I help clients develop insight, build effective coping strategies, and make clear, sustainable progress in areas that matter most to them. Whether you’re looking to gain stability, improve communication, or feel more confident in your daily life, I’m here to support your growth.
Meredith Jessup, LCSW
- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: No, provides therapy only
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, low self-esteem, and relationship or family challenges. I also support clients in building practical life skills such as stress management, goal setting, and work-life balance.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to improve self-understanding and connection with others. I also integrate ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and faith-based counseling when helpful.
Clients describe me as warm, supportive, and straightforward. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to start therapy, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. Together, we’ll develop insights and tools that support lasting growth during and after our sessions.
