I specialize in working with adults facing addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and PTSD. With extensive experience treating both substance and behavioral addictions, I also support partners and families impacted by these challenges. My approach is warm, patient, and engaging, with a focus on self-exploration, identifying inner strengths, and building coping skills for healthier relationships.
I also work with complex family and relationship dynamics, including helping adults navigate adolescent behavioral issues. For couples, I offer guidance to shift unhelpful patterns and strengthen emotional connection. My goal is to help you heal from past trauma, create meaningful change, and develop tools for lasting recovery and personal growth.
