Hello, I’m Ksenia Kopeikin, PhD. In therapy, I provide a supportive and reflective environment where we can explore the emotional patterns shaped by your past relationships and experiences. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, aimed at helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and achieve lasting emotional clarity. I customize our sessions to fit your unique personality and needs, believing that meaningful change starts with a genuine connection.
Oxana Kopeikin, PhD
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My natural approach to people is very humanistic. A core value of mine is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, and accepting toward others. I value authenticity, warmth, and kindness when connecting with my clients. I believe in the vital role of the relationship between me and the client because, in my view, this is the primary driver of change. We can work together toward self-exploration, insight, and growth within a caring, safe, and trustworthy relationship.
I find that most of the struggles and pain that bring clients into my office stem from hurtful relational experiences. I believe that if a client can learn to love, accept and nurture themselves, then many of their issues would be resolved.
Such change often happens in a context of a loving and caring relationship with the therapist, and an emotional exploration of significant experiences and relationships. I tailor my approach towards the unique needs and personality of each client.
