My name is Sarah Tresca, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I wanted to share a bit about myself and how I approach the work I do to help you decide if we might be a good fit. I believe that no one knows you better than you do and that my role as a therapist is to provide a safe place and be available to offer guidance, support, empathy, compassion, and acceptance without judgment.
Sarah Tresca, LPC
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I have 20+ years following my passion of working with school age children, adolescents and their families. I work best with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy, I integrate client-centered, mindfulness, acceptance, solution-focused, cognitive behavior, experiential, and play therapy techniques to assist you in meeting your needs and reaching your goals.
I look at people’s strengths, believing that they are stronger than they think and the expert of themselves. I believe in connection, relationships and respect no matter what age you are. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe place and be available to offer guidance, support, empathy, compassion and acceptance without judgement.
