We provide a variety of therapeutic and psychiatric services to improve your well-being. We take time to understand your needs and collaborate with you to help achieve your goals. All of our services are available both in-person and online across Texas. When psychiatric care is part of your plan, we may recommend medication or advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for depression that hasn’t improved with other options. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Therapy Services
Therapy is talk-based care. It’s about understanding yourself, building coping skills, and making changes that last.
- Provides support and guidance through conversation
- Focuses on patterns, relationships, and coping strategies
- Works with individuals, couples, families, and children
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives you a non-judgmental space for personal transformation and relief from suffering. Our therapists take time to learn about your history, challenges, and goals. We utilize a variety of different therapeutic modalities and each type of therapy has its own methods and techniques. Our clinicians have been providing quality life changing therapy for Texans since the 1980’s. We’ll work together to build strategies that help you feel more capable in daily life.
Online Therapy
One of the best things about online therapy is that it provides access to quality mental health care for millions of people who may not otherwise have the opportunity to get help. It may be because there aren’t any therapy offices close to where you live, your schedule is too busy, you have childcare responsibilities, or perhaps you simply prefer the convenience and flexibility. You can securely meet with one of our therapists from your computer or phone wherever you feel most comfortable.
Child Therapy
Child & Adolescent Therapy helps young people feel more supported in a world that often feels overwhelming. Kids and teens experience worry and stress just like adults do. Our therapists use approaches that match each child’s developmental stage and personality. We focus on building a trust relationship that meets each child or teen where they are. Parents are included in the process so progress in therapy is applied through everyday family life.
Couples Therapy
Relationships go through periods of conflict and disconnection. Couples therapy gives both partners the opportunity to feel heard and to work through challenges together without blame. Our therapists utilize a variety of different approaches such as EFT, the Gottman Method, and PACT to improve communication and rebuild trust in your relationship.
Family Therapy
Family therapy can help everyone get on the same page and learn to support each other. Families decide to go to therapy for a variety of different reasons. Your family may be dealing with the same repetitive arguments or old wounds that have been avoided for years and continue to cause pain. Family therapy provides you with a non-judgmental place to talk about your problems and work with a professional with years of experience understanding how families work.
Group Therapy
Group therapy helps you connect with people with relatable life experiences who may share similar struggles. Groups are small and led by trained therapists who guide discussions and keep the work focused. Many people do group and individual therapy at the same time for added support.
Psychiatry Services
Psychiatry brings medical expertise. Providers can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medication when it helps, often in combination with therapy.
- Conducts comprehensive evaluations
- Can prescribe and manage medication
- Integrates medical treatment with therapeutic support
Psychiatry/Medication Management
Psychiatry provides evidence-based support for those who may benefit from medication as part of their mental health plan. You may be dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, trouble focusing or sleeping, or any number of different things that are negatively affecting you. We look at what you’re experiencing and consider whether medication could play a role in helping you feel better. Our psychiatrists consider your history, medical background, and comfort level before recommending treatment. If medication is part of the plan, it’s started carefully and monitored closely. Therapy may also be included for best possible outcomes.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is a non-invasive treatment for depression that hasn’t improved with therapy or medication alone. It uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate brain regions involved in mood regulation. TMS can reduce symptoms without the side effects often linked to medication. Your psychiatrist will review your history and explain the process to you. After this consultation, your psychiatrist will collaborate with you to decide if TMS is the right treatment.
Exceptional care, covered.
