Your journey is unique, so my approach is holistic, person-centered, and integrative in nature.

Beyond my work as a clinician, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, plants and gardening, motorcycle rides, spending time with family, baking, and coffee. I respect and love animals of all kinds and believe that nature heals my spirit. I collect Native American art including jewelry, paintings, pottery, and ceremonial artifacts. I love learning about Native American symbolism, healing ceremonies, beliefs, and traditions. I also collect dishes and love using them to serve meals during the holidays.
