I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, I believe in the work of this field. Whether this includes group therapy, addiction psychoeducation, or pre-marital counseling, it is my honor to walk with you as you seek to recover or grow. Life can be heavy and emotions difficult to regulate. Throughout your journey, I recognize that it can be life-changing to add a non-judgmental support with tools to your team as you work to reach your goals by using your own strengths. Just as hurt and betrayal often take place in relationship, so do healing and change. In a session with me, you matter and you are safe.

Life can feel burdensome and emotions difficult to regulate. I will guide you in interrupting negative thoughts and soothing nervous system sensations in order to impact your emotions and behaviors. Throughout your journey, it can be life-changing to add a non-judgmental attachment figure to your team as you work to reach your goals and witness your own experience with curiosity and compassion. Just as hurt and betrayal take place in relationship, so do healing and change. We will focus on your relationship with YOU! In a session with me, you matter and you are safe. We’ll honor your nervous system & co-create safety together.
I am trained in ART, EMDR, Gottman Level 2, and Prepare/Enrich. The theories I draw from depend on the needs of my clients including IFS, AEDP, PACT, and EFT. I also include a somatic or body-based experiential focus along with other mindfulness & distress tolerance resources.
Life can be messy. I am passionate about helping you navigate it with the communication, conflict resolution, connection & self-compassion skills that lead to happier and healthier outcomes, both physically and emotionally. I invite you to courageously & vulnerably fight for yourself by doing the work in therapy. You are not alone!
