Hi, I’m Jackie, Licensed Professional Counselor. I bring a calm, supportive presence to therapy and work closely with clients of all ages to help navigate emotional challenges and life shifts. Whether I’m working with a child in the playroom, guiding a teen through overwhelming emotions, or supporting a family under stress, I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in genuine connection.
Jacqueline Guardiola, MS, LPC
- Work best with: Children, Teens, Adults, Older Adults, Families, Couples, Veterans, Law Enforcement, First Responders, LGBTQ+ Community
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style focuses on building self empowerment and authenticity. I like to open up the space for us to trust, to be curious and learn about ourselves. I am here to meet you were you are and support you to where you want to go. I value involving caregivers in the healing process through parent-child interaction therapy and prioritize understanding your goals to guide our work together.
My focus is on helping you build the tools needed to manage symptoms, strengthen relationships, and feel more in control of your life. I strive to provide a warm, inclusive space for all clients and have experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Patients have noticed I am knowledgeable about an array of populations and specialty, especially the areas that are more heavy like bipolar disorder, DV, and parenting. I make sure client’s remember I am human, I am other identities outside of a therapist. My patients also say they have been able to connect more to themselves and understand more about their behavior and where it comes from. Additionally, they have been able to gain skills to navigate through triggers and distressful events.
