Life’s transitions and unmet expectations can bring about a range of emotional challenges, from sadness and self-doubt to anxiety and hopelessness. While some periods of change are manageable, others can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck and uncertain about how to move forward. In these moments, reaching out for support can be a crucial step toward clarity and resilience.

My therapy style is organic, gentle, and playful. I strive to promote a relaxing and non-judgmental environment where client’s feel safe to express themselves. I encourage collaboration in treatment planning through out therapy (homework, books, handouts, etc). Together, we focus on understanding the challenges at hand and building practical strategies that foster growth and forward movement.

Patients can expect a smile and warm invitation. I typically start by asking if they have had therapy before and experiences. Based on that move forward either with explaining what they can expect in session or what they liked/didn’t like about previous therapy. They have shared that I have a good memory of details shared in past sessions that link to present, they feel I am very present with them and that I care, and again that they appreciate my organization of sessions, and timely reply to emails. If you’re navigating difficult changes or feeling emotionally eclipsed, therapy can offer the structure and guidance needed to regain direction and confidence.
