I’m Princess Parker, LPC. I support individuals and couples working through self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, academic stress, and relationship concerns. I’ve worked closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans adjusting to civilian life, and clients navigating everything from family conflict to infertility. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow in self-awareness and confidence, no matter their circumstances.

My clients have presented with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety (including social anxiety), academic challenges, and relational issues. I have worked with both individuals and couples within the LGBTQ+ community in many ways, including acceptance within their families, religion, and even themselves. I have worked with veterans and some of the issues with integrating back into civilian life. I have experience with relationship counseling, whether there are active issues within the relationship (communication, infidelity, etc.), issues with other family members, “maintenance”, or dealing with infertility, etc.
My therapy style is highly empathetic and compassionate. I really want my clients to feel seen and heard when they meet with me. I want them to feel as if they matter, because they do! Most often, I use CBT, Solution-Focused and Person-Centered therapies. I want my clients to learn to see the strength they truly carry and learn to see their positives.
Clients have said that it felt good to have a space where they could share their feelings and feel someone cared without judgment. They felt more confident in themselves and their decision making skills. Some clients stopped blaming themselves for everything that has happened in their lives. If you would like to meet with me, please reach out!
