Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’m Elizabeth, a LPC-A and I wanted to share a bit about my background and approach. Your comfort and trust are paramount, and I am here to support you in making an informed decision about whether we can work together effectively.
Elizabeth Padilla, LPC-A
Supervised by Amber Wrye, LPC-S (she, her)
- Work best with: Adults, Couples, LGBTQ+ Community
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My style is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. My goal is to create a welcoming environment, one where patients feel empowered to explore their experiences, feelings, and thoughts. I tend to ask lots of questions to focus less on directing patients and instead support them in arriving at their own insights and decisions.
At the end of treatment, patients have shared that they’re better able to understand themselves and that they’ve found their voice. They’ve let me know that the skills and insight they learned in our sessions have carried into their life outside of session in how they navigate their relationships, how they view themselves, and how they regulate their emotions. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, which means I bring my own personality into the room.

Halloween is my favorite holiday! I love to dress up, DIY part of my costume, and celebrating the spooky. I have a tuxedo cat named Mila! She is the sassiest and most loving kitty in the whole world.
