Hello! My name is Julie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. “It is an act of bravery to feel your feelings.” If you are reading this, you should be extremely proud of yourself for showing courage by putting YOU first and taking the next step in your therapeutic journey. I know it can feel daunting, but my ultimate goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space. If you allow me, I will be right by your side as you navigate your journey of healing, growth, fulfillment, and self-discovery.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a solution-focused, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral approach. I gently challenge negative self-talk, encourage new perspectives, and help patients recognize their blind spots so they can better understand themselves and move toward healing. My goal is to empower each person to build on their strengths, develop practical tools for change, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
Patients often share that our work together has helped them grow in ways they didn’t think were possible. They describe feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped with practical tools to handle life’s challenges. Many express gratitude for the safe, warm, and supportive space I created.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgment. I also believe that you are the expert of your own story, with many strengths already in place and I’m here to help you discover and build on them.

Personal Interests
I have four rescue dogs. I got married to my best friend in 2019. I love boating, hiking, traveling, game nights, reading and learning. I’m a big believer that laughter can be healing and often find ways to bring lightness into the process.
