Hi, I’m Kenzie Loper, LPC. I’m a therapist who works with adults facing tough transitions, lingering trauma, and patterns that feel hard to break. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past abuse, substance use, or simply feeling stuck, I help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. I also have a strong background in trauma work and provide an inclusive, supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping you create meaningful change.

- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: No, provides therapy only
I specialize in supporting adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including emotional trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, major life transitions, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use issues. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping individuals identify and shift the underlying negative beliefs and patterns that may be interfering with their ability to live fully and authentically.
I bring extensive experience in working with trauma survivors, including adults who endured sexual, emotional, physical, or psychological abuse during childhood, as well as those who have experienced sexual assault or witnessed deeply distressing events. My work is rooted in creating a safe and validating environment where healing can begin and resilience can be cultivated.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals undergoing significant life changes, whether anticipated or unexpected. During these transitions, I help clients reframe their experiences and develop healthier ways of interpreting and adapting to their “new normal.”
As an affirmative therapist trained to work with the LGBTQ+ community, I offer a compassionate, informed, and inclusive space. I understand the unique stressors and systemic challenges that LGBTQ+ individuals may face, and I am committed to providing respectful, affirming, and empowering care.
