Hi, I’m Lindsey Stevens, LPC. I work with people who are ready to make real changes in their lives and explore what’s getting in the way. Whether you’re facing stress, low confidence, burnout, or relationship challenges, I offer a space that is supportive, straightforward, and focused on growth. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with your strengths.

My approach is warm, encouraging, and collaborative. I balance warmth and directness. I’ll support you deeply, but also challenge you to grow. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make change by utilizing your strengths and improving coping skills. I draw on years of experience to help patients tap into their strengths and develop practical tools to move forward. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a space that feels both safe and empowering.
Patients often tell me they appreciate my calm, down-to-earth style. They also often say they appreciate that I don’t just listen – I also help them see patterns, challenge old stories, and move toward the life they want. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust, honesty, and compassion. I am here to promote growth, change and empowerment. Many share that they’ve gained clarity about their emotions, learned to set healthy boundaries, and discovered a deeper sense of peace and purpose in their lives. They describe having new tools to manage stress, communicate effectively, and live in alignment with who they truly are.

Personal Interests
Outside the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors and soaking up everything Texas has to offer. I’m an avid horseback rider and compete in barrel racing competitions — there’s nothing quite like the mix of focus and freedom that comes with riding. My husband and I share our home with three energetic Australian Shepherds who keep life full of joy (and fur!).
