Hi, I’m Lissa Cameron-Giacco, LCSW. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My goal is to support you with curiosity and care, helping you make sense of your experiences and uncover the strengths you already hold. Whether you’re navigating transition, loss, or emotional stuckness, we’ll move at your pace toward clarity and connection.
Lissa Cameron-Giacco, LCSW
- Appointments: Both in-person and telehealth
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
Therapy can be transformative, providing essential and lasting change. My priority as a therapist will be to create a warm, collaborative, and accepting environment to help foster this growth and change. I believe it is important to meet you where you are, providing a very personal and collaborative approach. Together, we will explore your story to become more aware of your feelings, patterns, life transitions, and losses, and in making space for this, we get much closer to deeper fulfillment.
My approach is client-centered and strength-based, and I am passionate about providing a safe space to honor your story. With this, we can help identify and harness your strengths and explore solutions. I utilize the principles of empathy, compassion, collaboration, empowerment, and mindfulness. Together, we will discover your goals and a meaningful path.
As an LCSW, I have had the privilege of working for many years in both the mental health and non-profit arenas. I work with adults of all ages, and laughter, tears, reflection, problem-solving, and all emotions are welcome. I would be honored to work with you, and walk alongside you on your path to greater peace, understanding, fulfillment, and strength.
