I take a supportive, inclusive, and person-centered approach to care, always grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and actively involved in your treatment. Whether or not medication becomes part of our plan, we’ll collaborate closely to find what best supports your goals.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. My background includes years of working in community mental health and with underserved populations, including those impacted by trauma, developmental differences, foster care, and justice-involvement. That experience continues to shape my commitment to trauma-informed, compassionate care.

Outside of work, I love running, collecting houseplants, practicing latte art, and getting lost in a good book. I believe in the power of self-care and would be honored to support you in your path toward balance, wellness, and healing.
