I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, low self-worth, and life stress. My approach is rooted in genuine connection and adaptability. I draw from a blend of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, trauma-informed, and faith-based methods, always tailoring therapy to fit the unique needs of each person. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and unwavering support as you move toward healing and growth.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of clinical experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and hope. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings-including inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, community mental health, and telehealth-giving me a deep, practical understanding of how to meet people exactly where they are. This breadth of experience has shaped me into a flexible, attuned clinician who tailors my approach to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen at your own pace. My warm, direct, and down-to-earth style helps patients feel comfortable opening up, while my clinical expertise ensures they leave each session with real tools and meaningful progress. Whether you’re working through anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply want a steady, supportive guide, I am dedicated to walking alongside you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
