Hi, I’m Tiffany Everage, LPC. I help individuals and couples work through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, and unresolved trauma. With a background in supporting teens, veterans, and faith-oriented clients, I use a blend of evidence-based techniques and emotionally attuned strategies to guide healing and growth. Whether you’re facing internal struggles or relationship challenges, I offer a safe, affirming space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.

I began my clinical work facilitating trauma and substance use groups for teens between 2013 and 2016, which laid the foundation for my passion in helping others heal. Coming from a military family—where my brother, significant other, nine uncles, and many cousins have served—I have a deep personal connection to the veteran community and a strong commitment to supporting those living with complex PTSD. I use evidence-based approaches such as DBT and CBT to teach practical coping tools, and I incorporate emotionally focused therapy to help couples deepen their connection and rebuild trust. For clients who identify with a faith or spiritual background, I welcome that into the therapeutic space when it feels meaningful to them.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and flexible, focused on helping clients feel truly heard while working through life’s challenges. Whether I’m working with individuals or couples, I aim to help you understand your story, reframe the struggles you’re facing, and build effective skills for lasting growth. Therapy with me is a partnership, one grounded in respect, reflection, and real-life application.
Clients often share that they leave our sessions feeling seen, supported, and better equipped to handle what life brings. Many report increased clarity, greater confidence, and a stronger sense of direction. My goal is to help you move toward meaningful progress and feel more connected to yourself and those around you.
