I’m Lexi, LPC. My quest is to be a companion to people who are stuck. Often people find me and tell me they or their child are feeling lost, so you can think of me as a flashlight you point as we navigate out of the dark, painful places to a place of safety and freedom. I want to help you build trust in yourself and equip you with the tools to enjoy life more.

Hello hello! I’m Lexi and my work is about one thing: helping people find their way out of the dark. Whether it’s you or your child who feels stuck, lost, or like you’re running on empty, I am here to help you navigate. Think of me as a flashlight you point as we move from painful places toward safety, freedom, and eventually joy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuinely a little quirky. I’ll challenge you, laugh with you, and cry with you. And above all, I’m committed to earning your trust at your pace.
Let’s dive into your world a bit:
Every day feels like a cycle of worry you can’t break out of
You’ve poured everything into others’ needs and hit a wall
Your mind is a battlefield of conflicting thoughts, making decisions feel impossible
Tasks pile up and the idea of starting feels bigger than the tasks themselves
You’re wearing a mask, even with yourself, just to get through the day
Strong emotions spiral into panic, self-harm, or a numbness that feels easier
Things you used to love no longer bring you joy, even laughter feels hollow
You’ve discovered new parts of yourself and don’t know how to embrace them
We may work well together if you prefer:
Creativity as a tool, not a gimmick
We use imagination, metaphors, storytelling, and play to explore your values, needs, and patterns. This isn’t just for kids, it’s for anyone whose brain works better through story than spreadsheets.
Pop culture as a portal
Anime, cartoons, movies, games carry real truths about identity, relationships, and conflict. If you’ve ever felt something deeply through a fictional character, we can use that. It’s not off-topic; it’s insight.
Games for growth
Video games are a legitimate space to explore emotions, relationships, and choices. I incorporate games like Escape Simulator, Stardew Valley, BOKURA, Chicken Police, The Cosmic Wheel of Sisterhood, and Duck Detective: The Secret Salami into sessions when they serve a purpose. I also facilitate therapeutic Daggerheart groups; a collaborative storytelling RPG that builds emotional skills through sharing and exploring the narrative.
Coping tools that fit your brain
I tailor skills to how you actually learn – whether you’re a list-lover, a map-maker, or someone who writes on their arms to remember. Your coping toolkit should feel like it’s made for your brain.
Full identity welcome
Every part of who you are belongs in this space. I’m affirming, curious, and genuinely interested in meeting all of you. You might discover more of you along the way too!

Personal Interests
Lexi outside of sessions:
Outside of sessions, I’m a Dungeons & Dragons and Daggerheart Game Master, a collector of crystals and dice, anime and cartoon lover, and a devoted parent to Benson (a 3-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, named after Benson from Regular Show) and Pearl (a 10-year-old Maltese-Pomeranian, named after Pearl from Steven Universe). My nerdy tendencies aren’t separate from my work, they are woven into it! Patients often tell me that the shared language of games, fantasy, and fandom is exactly what made therapy feel approachable.
