I work with individuals to identify connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and to develop practical tools for managing distress, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful behavioral change. My work is also trauma-informed and patient-centered, emphasizing collaboration, compassion, and respect for each patient’s unique experiences. I integrate skills-based interventions, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches to support individuals in building resilience and navigating life transitions. I enjoy working with women, especially those who are going through midlife transitions such as empty nest and menopause.

Patients can expect for me to encourage asking questions, share what feels important, and we will begin establishing a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. Patients have said that they felt I truly listened to them with empathy and without judgement. They have also noted that I am very patient and calm.
