I believe that who we are is shaped by our life experiences, which influence how we think, feel, and relate to the world around us. Therapy offers a space to better understand those patterns and begin making meaningful changes.

My approach is person-centered and integrative. I tailor each session to the individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural, and mindfulness-based practices to support each patient’s unique needs and goals.
