Self Scheduling
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma and its ongoing impact on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and behavior. Much of my work focuses on anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, grief, and other unwanted or self-protective behaviors that often develop in response to traumatic experiences. My goal is to help patients gain deeper insight into how these patterns formed and how they continue to influence daily life, while creating opportunities for meaningful and lasting change.
I utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an integrative blend of both approaches to support trauma processing and increase internal awareness. I prioritize honesty and openness in the therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and collaborative space where patients can be vulnerable, explore their internal world, and move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of their nervous system.
Together, we work to identify the underlying factors driving behaviors and emotional responses, develop healthier coping strategies, and foster a more harmonious way of being. I aim to empower patients with the insight and tools needed to regain a sense of agency, experience something different, and move toward greater stability, growth, and fulfillment.
