I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, I believe in the work of this field. Whether this includes group therapy, addiction psychoeducation, or pre-marital counseling, it is my honor to walk with you as you seek to recover or grow. Life can be heavy and emotions difficult to regulate. Throughout your journey, I recognize that it can be life-changing to add a non-judgmental support with tools to your team as you work to reach your goals by using your own strengths. Just as hurt and betrayal often take place in relationship, so do healing and change. In a session with me, you matter and you are safe.

My work is rooted in the belief that your pain did not start with you-your nervous system learned what it had to in order to survive. With compassionate curiosity, we explore how your story shaped the ways you learned to protect yourself, and how those protective patterns-once necessary-may now be getting in the way of the connections you long for. So often, the behavioral or relational struggles that appear on the surface are trailheads-pathways pointing us toward exiled pain that still needs tending. In our first sessions, we begin to uncover those layers with gentleness and precision, honoring rather than pathologizing the parts of you that once protected you and clarifying not only what you need today, but what went unmet long before now.
I’ve worked across all five levels of care-from outpatient to inpatient-which has given me the privilege of working with various ages and formats of therapy, including individual, couple, family, and group work. I am especially passionate about relationship counseling, where I get to witness two people begin having new corrective emotional experiences with each other right in the room. I also have experience working with families and groups, helping people rebuild safety, communication, and connection within relational systems.
Your intake session is more than an assessment-it is the beginning of building safety together. You can expect a compassionate, thoughtful conversation where your story is held with care and your goals are shaped collaboratively, at the pace that feels right to your system. Patients often say therapy with me feels different because we don’t stop at talking-we move into experience. Healing becomes something you live, not just understand. Because both rupture and repair happen in relationship, therapy itself becomes a place where safety and connection can be relearned. New patterns don’t come from pressure or fixing-they come from presence & practice.

Personal Interests
I love meaningful conversations and the moment when something finally clicks in a way that transforms how someone sees themselves. I’m warm, deeply curious, and grounded in the belief that healing is sacred work. I don’t take lightly the courage it takes to begin therapy—and I would be honored to walk beside you.
