Seeking help and finding the right therapist for you can be a daunting and challenging process. The key to positive, lasting change is finding a therapist who will tailor your treatment based on your individual needs and strengths, and help you overcome the behaviors and thoughts that are getting in your way. You need someone who will listen and understand you without judgment, support you through these changes, be honest with you, and challenge you when needed.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas for 10 years. My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and collaboratives. I aim to create a space where patients feel seen and supported while also providing gentle challenging to promote insight and growth. My goal is to help patients work through life’s challenges, heal from past negative experiences, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Our work together will be tailored toward your unique needs in an interactive, compassionate, flexible, and consistently supportive environment. I use a variety of evidence-based therapy treatments based on each patient and their current issues and preferences. Patients often say that I am calm and down-to-earth, which helps them feel safe opening up. They appreciate that I truly listen without judgment and also gently challenge them when necessary to see things from a new perspective. Many have shared that my balance of warmth and gentle honesty helps them make real, lasting changes.
