Self Scheduling
My approach integrates CBT/DBT skills, communication skills, support and emotions processing to help patients enhance personal growth and reach therapy goals. I try to gain a deeper understanding of patients’ relationships and environmental dynamics in order to promote lasting change. Patients often say they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout our work together. As well as a safe space where they can find both healing and personal growth.
Patients can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where we cover confidentiality, communication and policies, as well as get to know each other and talk about what brings them to therapy within their first session. My goal is for patients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful. I try to bring approachability and authenticity to encourage patients to open up while still maintaining focus on felt safety and trust.
My hope for my patients is to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves, self-advocacy, stronger relationships, and more confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Personal Interests
When I am not wearing my therapist hat, you can find me hanging out with family and friends, playing soccer, being outside with nature, and trying new foods. Whether it’s diving into a new book with my book club or spending time with my loved one, these pursuits not only warm my heart but also remind me to create a positive and enriching environment for myself and my family. It is important to me to build a safe and positive environment that elicits growth and allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
