At its foundation, my therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, openness, and, at times, a touch of humor. I believe it is essential for us to work together to understand the challenges you are facing within the unique context of your life and identity. I look forward to our collaboration.

I thoroughly enjoy my work and thrive in helping people develop healthy, productive, and satisfying lives and relationships. I strive to create a welcoming environment where children, adolescents, and adults feel comfortable exploring ways to achieve their goals. Research has shown that one of the most critical aspects of change in therapy lies within the therapeutic relationship, so the benefits received from therapy are directly related to feelings of comfort and connection with a therapist. I consider my role as a therapist to be a privilege and will work to ensure you receive services best suited for you.
I have a background in developmental psychology and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. As a developmental psychologist, I focus on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors change over the lifespan. My approach to therapy is integrative and primarily relationally based. Through our work together, patients can expect compassion, openness, and at times, a touch of humor. Patients have noted a better understanding of themselves, freedom from debilitating anxiety and depression, enjoying a wider range of foods and eating with less fear.
