I provide age-appropriate, patient-centered psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and older adults, with attention to developmental stage, life transitions, family dynamics, and medical considerations. Care is collaborative and individualized, supporting emotional balance, insight, and sustainable mental wellness across the lifespan.

Patients can expect to review medical, psychological, and social history, as well as past experiences with medications and treatment. We will discuss what brings you in at this time, your current concerns, and your goals for care. Past patients often describe feeling genuinely heard and not rushed during assessments.

Personal Interests

I’m married and a mother of six, five girls and one boy. After years of girls, I finally got my boy, though he arrived with a sister, so the balance stayed just right. Family is very important to me. I live just five minutes from my mother and she is within walking distance of my sister, so I talk with them nearly every day. I grew up in Albuquerque and still miss attending the Balloon Fiesta. I’m more of an indoor person and enjoy reading and listening to audiobooks, watching movies, and bowling.
