Self Scheduling
I am very person centered and holistic. I often ask guiding questions to help my patients take on a more positive mindset about different situations and aspects in their life. I believe the patient is the expert in their life and I want to get to know the patient as a whole. I guide patients to see their inner strengths and help them overcome what they may be facing in their lives.
Patients can expect that I want to know what brought you in and what caused you to seek therapy. I want to get to know you a bit and explain what support I can offer to see if that is what is going to suit you best at this point in your journey. Patients have often shared feeling heard, understood, believed in, and cared for. They have gained peace, confidence, and positivity from our time together. Patients have said my candidness, realistic, and genuine approach sets me apart from other therapists.
