Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I’m Sravya, a LMSW and I wanted to share a bit about my background and approach. Your comfort and trust are paramount, and I am here to support you in making an informed decision about whether we can work together effectively.

I bring together talk therapy, creative arts, and an understanding of how the nervous system holds our experiences and stories. Sometimes words aren’t enough, and that’s where art, movement, and creativity can open doors that conversation alone can’t. I also draw on nervous system-informed approaches, helping patients learn to recognize when they’re in states of stress or shutdown and gently find their way back to a sense of safety and regulation. Whether I’m working with a 7-year-old processing big feelings through drawing, a teenager figuring out who they are, or an adult learning to soften old patterns, my goal is the same: to help you feel more at home in yourself.
To me, therapy is a space to sit with the interwoven stories of your life, about yourself, your relationships, and the world around you, with curiosity and awe. It’s about noticing the ways your body and mind are communicating with you, even when those messages feel unclear, and gently bringing them into awareness. Together, in a safe and brave space, we’ll explore these whispers to help you reconnect with your body and experiences, gradually rekindling your sense of balance, presence, and insight, while rewriting stories of hope, strength, and care. I am here as your co-passenger on this journey, walking alongside you as you take steps toward the person you want to become.
I work with people navigating grief and loss, life transitions, relational healing, anxiety, and mood support, often incorporating storytelling, breathwork, and creative arts as pathways to healing. Coming from a land of diverse cultures, I bring respectful curiosity to every space, and as a social worker, I understand how intersectional identities shape each person’s lived experience, and I’m not afraid to bring those conversations into our work. My care is grounded, authentic, and heart-centered, and I believe that no matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to face it alone.

Personal Interests
I am a trained yoga instructor. Once upon a time in the tech world, I worked as an IT engineer, which gives me a unique perspective on the tech landscape. Outside of work, I am a huge fan of picture books and believe in their power to support healing in adults. I love being part of communities, sipping chai, and watching sunsets, which remind me of the beauty, connection, and small joys in life.
