Veronica Dyke, LPC
- Work best with: Teens, Adults, First Responders, Neurodivergent Individuals, LGBTQ+ Community
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, and substance use. My focus is on helping you replace harmful patterns with healthy, sustainable coping strategies so you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, including autistic patients, first responders, and those seeking gender-affirming care. I approach this work with deep respect and passion. I strive to create a space that feels safe and supportive, where patients can explore difficult topics without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to each patient’s unique pace, needs, and goals.
My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build the tools to face life’s challenges with greater confidence. I bring a calm, approachable energy into the therapy space, creating a supportive environment where you can explore difficult topics without fear of judgment. Patients may say my more casual and laid-back conversational style allows for quicker rapport building and allows for the therapy room to feel safe with relative ease. I believe feeling comfortable, safe, and not evaluated by your therapist is very important, so I strive to ensure the space maintains those traits.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to your growth and well-being. I’m here to help you move forward one step at a time toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to who you are.

Personal Interests
A fun fact about me is that I have been fostering kittens for several years, and I love it! Another fun fact is that I never learned how to ride a bike growing up, and learned in the past year and fell in love! I have gone on a few biking/hiking trips since learning. 🙂
