Hello! I’m a licensed psychologist who works with adults navigating trauma, loss, identity exploration, life transitions, and emotional challenges related to anxiety, depression, and OCD. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that lasting change requires more than symptom management. It involves a willingness to explore ourselves honestly, understand the underlying patterns that shape our lives, and take responsibility for how we move forward.

I combine a depth oriented approach with practical ways to move toward the life you want to build. Drawing from psychodynamic and relational frameworks, we will explore how your past experiences continue to influence the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Through this process, many clients develop a deeper understanding of the emotional patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I also incorporate principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support values-based action even in the presence of difficult thoughts and emotions.

I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel both challenged and supported. Together, we will work towards helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, navigate life’s challenges with clarity, and make choices that feel aligned with your values.
