I innately lean towards a person-centered and humanistic therapy style. I believe connection before intervention sets the patient for best and optimal healing. Patients can expect an experienced and stable listening ear with a warm greeting and safe atmosphere. With a trauma- informed approach I will gather thorough to attain a genuine understanding of their presenting problem and desire for healing.
