Hi, I’m Jordan Mikesell, LCSW. I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to navigate things alone. My role is to offer grounded support and practical tools while honoring the pace and complexity of your experiences. I bring a steady, thoughtful presence to the work, whether you’re processing trauma, adjusting to a life shift, or simply trying to better understand yourself.
Jordan Mikesell, LCSW
- Work best with: Teens, Adults, LGBTQ+ Community, Loss, CPTSD
- Appointments: Telehealth only
- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strength-based approaches to help clients better understand their inner experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, with a strong focus on emotional safety and empowerment.
I’ve worked with individuals navigating religious trauma, grief and loss, relational challenges, and the emotional impact of divorce on school-age children. I also support clients living with PTSD and complex trauma, including experiences of sexual abuse, physical violence, and near-death events, as well as adults newly diagnosed with ADHD.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and supported in our work together. Many have shared that my warmth, insight, and trauma-informed approach created a sense of safety that allowed them to engage deeply in the healing process. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and take the first step.
