At some point, we all feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and sometimes, the path forward isn’t clear. Whether you’re trying to find your way back to yourself or exploring a new direction entirely, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe each person holds the strength and insight needed to move forward, and my role is to help you tap into that potential. If you’re feeling ready to make a change, discover your purpose, and engage in a collaborative process, we may be a great fit.

I work with both CIS and LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a supportive and affirming space for self-exploration and growth. My approach is rooted in person-centered and existential philosophies, helping clients find meaning, clarity, and direction in their lives. Areas of focus include depression, stress and anger management, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career concerns.

I believe in the power of self-empowerment and the impact of intentional choices. When life feels heavy and your energy is stretched thin, making space for your own healing takes real courage. You matter, and you’ve taken a meaningful first step toward reconnecting with your true self and building a more fulfilling life.
