My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a person-centered approach. I tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs by integrating evidence-based practices with a focus on emotional safety, strengths, and self-understanding. I strive to create an affirming space where patients feel supported in exploring challenges and building meaningful change.
With children, I most often utilize play and art therapy to support emotional expression, build rapport, and process experiences in a developmentally appropriate way. With adolescents and adults, I use an integrative framework that combines DBT skills, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to promote symptom relief, alongside psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches to explore unconscious patterns and relational dynamics.

Personal Interests
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy creative activities such as painting, drawing, and other forms of artistic expression. I’m also a dog lover and used to show dogs professionally when I was younger—now I spend my free time hiking with my energetic Border Collie. I also enjoy practicing yoga and mindfulness on my own time, which help me stay grounded and reflect the values I bring into the therapy space.
