- Manage Medications: Provides therapy and collaborates closely with our psychiatry team for medication management, available through internal referral if needed.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the quality of the therapeutic relationship. My style is warm, transparent, and non-judgmental, and I weave together depth-oriented exploration with practical tools for change. I balance openness for reflection with enough structure to help you feel grounded and supported as you move toward your goals.

Personal Interests
Outside of my work, I love spending time with family and friends, cooking or trying new foods, and engaging with art in its many forms. Humor is also an important part of my life, and I value finding moments of laughter and connection both in and outside of the therapy room.
