My therapy style is informal, relaxed and collaborative with a foundation based upon connection and openness. I utilize humor, compassion, empowerment, curiosity and authenticity to build therapeutic relationship and alliance. I believe creating a space of safety, acceptance and respect is imperative. Connection, belonging and understanding are fundamental.

Many identified learning how to set boundaries, identify detrimental core beliefs and change automatic thoughts.
