My therapy style is collaborative, insight-oriented, and deeply reflective. I help patients explore the patterns, parts, and dynamics that shaped them so they can move from unconscious repetition to conscious choice. patients often share that they feel seen, validated, and supported throughout their healing journey. They leave with a deeper awareness of the dynamics that shaped them and a renewed sense of agency in their lives. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where they not only heal but remember their own wholeness.
Patients often share that what sets me apart is my dialectic approach and ability to blend depth and objectivity with a grounded, soulful presence. I bridge the mystic and the scientific-integrating evidence-based practices with a deep respect for the symbolic, spiritual, and intuitive aspects of healing. I think my patients feel that I can hold both the practical and the profound, helping them make sense of their inner world in a way that feels both meaningful and real.

Personal Interests
I’m a lifelong learner and a bit of a nerd at heart—I love diving into new ideas, whether it’s psychology, symbolism and spirituality, or anything creative that sparks my curiosity. I’m a twin and we share a love for nature and the outdoors. I have two cats and two dogs who fill my days with equal parts calm, cuddles, and joyful chaos. I’m happiest when I’m learning or creating something—whether that’s building a Lego set, watching movies and shows, or deepening my understanding of what it means to be human.
