Hi, I’m Caitlyn Lewis, LPC, and I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life changes, and grief. I’d love to share a bit about my approach to help you decide if we might be a good fit! I strive to create a warm, relaxed space where you can feel safe exploring your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and reconnect with your authentic identity. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, self-compassion, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity.

Self Scheduling
I aim to help you delve into your experiences and discover your authentic self-identity. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with chronic illness, students, medical professionals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to create a genuine and relaxed atmosphere where you can feel comfortable opening up and sharing your life experiences. Together, we will explore patterns in your life and develop a deeper understanding of them. I will guide you in cultivating self-compassion as we navigate the introspective journey.
I will empower you to build your confidence and equip you with valuable life skills that you can apply to handle difficult situations more effectively in your day-to-day life. My ultimate aim is to support you in achieving personal growth, fostering resilience, and finding a sense of empowerment on your path to healing. The intake session consists of building rapport and getting to know one another. Patients can share what they are coming to therapy for and what they would like to get out of it, without having to immediately tell every traumatic thing they’ve gone through.
Patients often share that they feel more regulated, self-aware, and in control of their emotions by the end of our work together. People who were initially nervous to start therapy often say they’re grateful for the warm, compassionate space that made the process feel safe and transformative. They often say I’m more laid-back, curious, and approachable than what they expected from therapy. They appreciate that I take time to understand their world, explore holistically, and genuinely research and learn anything that might support their healing.
