I work with adults, teens, children age 10 and older, couples and families. I’ve also provided individual and relationship counseling for those who identify as LGBTQ+. I’ve also completed advanced training in EMDR, Gottman (Level 2 Trained), Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma-focused Yoga Method, CBT, and DBT.
My practice is client-centered and strengths-based. Collaborative space to explore what you’re experiencing – together with evidence-based interventions – offers possibility for dynamic change. I will utilize a combination of new coping skills, deeper insight, and healing to help you move forward.
I show up as a therapist who is authentic, direct, and warm in my approach. I use my broad range of personal and professional experiences to support my clients and help them reach their therapy goals. I join with clients to move forward from traumatic experiences, better manage anxiety and depression, cope with new medical diagnoses or chronic illness. I support those going through family transitions, such as new parents, single parents, and relationship changes. I also work with those experiencing self harm, suicidal thoughts, and larger existential questions. If this is what you’re looking for, please schedule an appointment.
