Hello there! Word on the street is that deciding to seek out, and securing, a therapist isn’t the easiest task. I want to recognize the effort it takes to find a provider, and I hope you feel empowered as you decide with whom you’d like to grow. My clinical experience includes the areas of intimate partner and domestic violence, trauma, cultural dynamics, grief, shame, and concerns regarding legal ‘systems.’ I’ve conducted group and individual therapy in Spanish and English with people who often feel overlooked, overwhelmed, and stuck.
My practice can be characterized as inquisitive, relational, down-to-earth, strengths-based, and infused with humor. I believe my purpose is to co-create a space where we can explore your goals and concerns at your pace. My goal is to approach care with sensitivity, ensuring that clients feel seen, validated, and empowered throughout their therapeutic process. Patients have the opportunity to ask questions and assess who I am just as I’m getting to know them during the intake session.
My goal is to co-create a safe space where we can explore your goals and concerns at your own pace. After working together, I hope you feel emotionally lighter and more connected to yourself and those around you.

Personal Interests
Similar to your neighborhood reptile, I love basking in the sun and have a low tolerance for the cold. To cope with ‘chilly conditions,’ you’ll find me clutching the largest mug of hot tea. I’m an avid baker and have a love/hate relationship with royal icing. It’s complicated. I find joy in listening to podcasts during long walks and bike rides.
Native to Texas, I pursued my education at Texas A&M University, where I earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. Motivated by the transformative impact of study abroad programs, I diligently researched and saved my pennies to enroll in a Spanish immersion program in Guatemala. There, I submerged myself in intensive language learning and gained invaluable insights into communication, personal growth, and global perspectives. My studies focused on delivering psychological services to Spanish-speaking populations, reflecting my commitment to cultural inclusivity and effective therapy practices.
