I make it a priority to create a judgment-free space where patients can openly share their experiences, whether it be struggles with family, internal conflicts, or peer relationships. My soft-spoken and calm demeanor has been consistently noted by patients and colleagues as a key factor in helping others feel safe and supported, and I like to use humor in initial sessions to ease any discomfort and establish trust.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and real. My approach is eclectic, rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed foundation. I focus on highlighting their strengths and resiliency, collaborating on their healing journey. Patients can expect a relaxed, open conversation where we get to know each other. I’ll ask about their current challenges, goals, and history so I can understand the whole picture, and we’ll talk about what they hope to get out of therapy.
I aim to equip my patients with practical tools and skills to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, and negative behavior patterns. Together, we work on identifying harmful cycles and finding ways to interrupt them, fostering resilience and growth. I’m eager to help you find the support you’re looking for. Patients have said that they’ve gained coping skills, feel more confident about handling challenges, and notice personal growth.
