Hi, I’m Laurence Saputra, LPC. My approach is grounded and collaborative, focusing on helping clients reconnect with themselves. I believe that therapy should be both supportive and actionable, providing insight into your patterns and empowering you to make purposeful changes.

Self Scheduling
I help my patients bring order to chaos and make connections with their context. I help them explore different existential themes like power, connection, meaning, and freedom in order to identify internalized negative beliefs and find healthier meaning. I use metaphor, education, and insight to help people make sense of their stories, and I’m known for remembering the details that bring everything together. In our first session, I’ll take time to understand what’s going on, explain the therapy process, and offer tools you can start using right away. My goal is always to help you reconnect with your values, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve supported veterans, first responders, and healthcare professionals through trauma, burnout, and the emotional strain of high-pressure environments. My experience extends to those facing chronic or terminal illness, religious trauma, and both past and active domestic violence.
Patients often share that they leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves and clearer boundaries with others. I often have patients remark that they are surprised that I remember things that they don’t even remember happening to them. It’s a helpful super power to help patients make connections and see patterns. It also helps people to feel seen and known when they are remembered along with the sacred things that they have shared.
