I absolutely adore working with people, spanning from the tiniest tots to the wisest parents. My mission? To be your unwavering support and guide through life’s exciting and challenging twists and turns. My style is direct with compassion. I like to approach each individual with an electric approach that is centered around them to help them understand patterns and behaviors and their life experiences, that way they can make the change they want to see. I’m here to create a safe and welcoming space where we can explore your inner world together. Our journey is all about self-discovery and empowering you to make those positive changes that light up your life.
Patient’s can expect me to show up with a curiosity and authentically myself from session one. I help patients understand there is value in every session even the ones that are more “venting” and conversational. I react like a human and patients enjoy that because the space is very much comfortable and real, not stuffy and clinically sterile. Patients say they loved working with me because I challenge them to be the person they always wanted to be and I help them see they were always that person they just needed someone to remind them to bring it out.
So, if you’re on the lookout for a therapist who brings a youthful spirit and a patient-centered approach to every session, you’ve found your place. Let’s step onto this path together and paint a brighter, happier future!

I lived in China when I was 3 years old. I have a long hair miniature dachshund who is so stinking cute and stubborn. My mom and sister are both flight attendants so I get to travel all the time and it’s been one of the greatest experiences to see so many parts of the world.
