Self Scheduling
I have extensive experience in behavioral health, working with individuals experiencing suicidal and homicidal ideation, psychosis, and aggressive/assaultive behaviors. I have a particular focus and preference for working with BIPOC individuals and African American youth. I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment, with a focus on being LGBTQ+ friendly, queer-centered, and BDSM/kink aware. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals struggling with body image, self-esteem, physical and sexual trauma, boundary-setting, and attachment styles.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. I focus on helping patients build self-awareness, break generational patterns, and find balance between accountability and self-compassion in a space rooted in safety, authenticity, and cultural inclusivity. I believe in processing authentically with my patients, encouraging an open and honest dialogue. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can feel vulnerable and supported.
My sessions are guided by kindness, self-compassion, and understanding, fostering an environment that encourages self-expression and personal growth. I help patients develop self-identity through self-awareness, self-care, self-love, and self-expression, while supporting them in finding the best version of themselves. Patients often say what’s unique about me is my ability to blend depth with authenticity. I challenge them while still making them feel deeply understood and safe. They appreciate my calm yet direct energy, cultural awareness, and the way I help them connect the dots between their past and present without judgment. If this appeals to you, please reach out!

Personal Interests
I maintain a scrapbook of notes, poems, and illustrations from past clients, which reflects the full spectrum of their therapeutic journey—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. I’m also a big fan of puzzles, baking, traveling, and going to concerts whenever I can. I’m an auntie to lots of little ones, and it’s one of my favorite roles. I love being part of their world and 5 watching them grow.
